I pulled into the parking lot of Big Hill Springs at 8:30 Saturday morning.  Jo-Anne came over and gave me a hug.  Though we hadn't met before, it felt like we have been friends for months!  Jo-Anne and I became friends on facebook after talking about doing a family photoshoot.  We must have booked a date several times before actually making last weekend work!  Mother nature just kept putting us off.  The wait was worth it as the sun was low and the water at Big Hill Springs was beautiful.

Jo-Anne came to Calgary from South Africa.  She met Kent in a Calgary pub and they have two beautiful daughters.  You can read more about their story in the May edition of the Evanston Magazine (including the cutest proposal story I have ever heard)

The girls were delightful and everyone was so happy which made my job easy.  It was great to finally meet you face to face!
