I first met Lisa and Brian when they were referred to me for maternity photos.  Little did we know the struggle this little family would go through with their little baby Hunter.  Hunter was born with a heart condition and spent the first few months fighting for his life in Edmonton.  Unable to hold their new baby, and not knowing when the next seizure would happen, Lisa and Brian prayed and watched over their little guy until he was strong enough to come home with them and his big brother Clayton.

Today, while there are still trips to the hospital and worries, Hunter is continuing to grow into a very handsome little man.  He says, 'Hi' all the time and laughs with his big brother.

I was thrilled when Lisa told me they were expecting a new baby.  Like both his brothers, Sawyer is such a model in front of the camera. 

Looking through my lens I see a complete family.  Life rarely works out the exact way we have in our minds when we were young-but these 5 faces show me so simply that sometimes it works out better.
