Tamara is one of the nicest people I know.  She is always smiling, and looks for the best in every situation.  She invited me to her childhood home on a beautiful summer day while she was preparing to marry the man of her dreams.  My favourite stylist, Christina of Modern Makeovers, was working on her hair while the talented Jessica of Jessica's Beauty Service was applying her make up.  Tamara's family is full of wonderful, friendly, happy people.  There were piles of snacks and sandwiches which everyone enjoyed after all the preparation!

The Essense of Australia dress was purchased from Novia Mia in Calgary.  The elegant gown fit perfectly with the brides personality.  Tamara lit up the room when she put it on.  Her parents were all smiles as Tamara walked down the winding staircase.  The classic look was also showcased in the bridal bouquet.  Beautiful white calla lillies were featured along with the bright blue orchids peaking through them.  All the floral arrangements were by Philip Chong Flower Bar.  We took a bit of time to take photos in their beautiful yard, then the girls got in their white limo and headed to the ceremony.

Steve is truly Tamara's perfect match.  He was so excited to see his bride.  He had taken great care in getting their fur baby, Titan, ready for the celebration.  Titan walked with Steves parents and was a perfect puppy all through the ceremony.

The Links at Gleneagles made for a beautiful venue.  Tamara and Steve live in Cochrane and it was important to them to stay in their town for their special day.  The views were extraordinary and the 5 course meal was exquisite.  I was able to capture some romantic moments between the newlyweds at sunset.
